Cancellations
The 71 Ranch operates in all weather conditions, and therefore
inclement weather is not a reason to cancel or receive a refund.
Failure to arrive or cancel in a timely manner will result in
you being liable for the entire cost of the reservation and our
resultant collection of that amount from you. If you guaranteed
the reservation with a credit card, it will be charged for the
entire amount due.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit
made by check, cash, money order or credit card. Any cancellation
of a confirmed reservation must be received in writing at least
90 days prior to date of arrival. Cancellation made prior to
90 days will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations
made within the 90 day period will forfeit their deposit. Under
certain circumstances the 71 Ranch may apply forfeited deposits
to future stays within a year. Arrangements must be made with
ranch management at the time of cancellation. No substitutions
can be made, nor credit given, for missed days, meals or activities.

Policy
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit
made by check, cash, money order or credit card. Any cancellation
of a confirmed reservation must be made 14 days prior to your
date of arrival or your deposit will be forfeited. Holiday periods
(5 days before and after the holiday) of Christmas, New Years,
Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and Labor Day require 30 days notice
of cancellation; otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Some
Holiday periods for certain accommodations require a minimum
three (3) night stay.
Inquire at the time of making your reservation regarding the
minimum stay requirement and the cancellation period. No exceptions
will be made to these cancellation policies, unless arrangements
have been made with ranch management in writing prior to the
cancellation. Always request a confirmation of your cancellation
from the ranch office.
